This listing is for an Unassembled Kit of an original Ball Jointed Doll.
The parts are printed in RESIN on a high resolution MSLA 3D printer (Not lightweight PLA plastic).
The parts come UNFINISHED and need post-processing in order to remove the bits left over from the support structure.There are No Visible Layer Lines!Surface is smooth in all areas except remnants of support pegs.
I recommend 220 grit sandpaper to start sanding off the little nubs left by the support structures, and then 400 grit sand paper to get the area smoother.Additionally using higher grit sandpapers and wet-sanding can help further the surface finish.
INCLUDED PARTS:
Individual Doll parts (head, head cap, upper-torso, mid-riff, pelvis, upper thighs and hip balls, knees, calves, feet, upper arms, elbows, lower arms, and hands).
A long hook for stringing the doll more easily.
4 x S-Hooks for attaching the feet and hands.
Elastic for Stringing the doll.
RECOMMENDED TOOLS:
Sanding paper and/or sanding pads/Micromesh pads
Needle Nose Pliers
Assembled doll measures 30cm from head to foot.
Head diameter: 12cm
Waist diameter: 9.5cm
Hips diameter: 14cm
Doll is highly posable and holds that pose very well.With enough fiddling, she can even stand on her own, but a doll stand is recommended.
Doll uses 11mm eyes.
